In Functional medicine and nutrition, we look at the whole person.
We believe that everything in your lifeâyour thoughts, feelings, hormones, neurotransmitters, relationships and stress-- affects your health (AND your weight). So when it comes to digging into what's ailing you we look at all of it!
You and I together will take a deep dive into your life -- focusing on nutrition/supplements, movement, stress management, sleep and relationships.
If youâre having real trouble losing weight, I guarantee every single one of those five pillars of health are involved. Chances are youâre neglecting one (or more) of them.
Some of the issues we commonly address in the Power Session include weight loss (particularly resistant weight loss), energy, libido, motivation, and how to best achieve that hard-to-define (but so easy-to-lose) sense of vitality and aliveness.
 Together we will create a realistic and sustainable blueprint for what you need to do to achieve your goals.
Often, one Power Session is enough to hit the âresetâ button on important areas of your life and many people benefit enormously from the Power Session alone.
However, if you need or want follow-up sessions, zoom/text/email options are all available.
If you have bloodwork, that would be very helpful to see and I'd be glad to look at it in advance. If you don't, I can order you a terrific lab test which will give us a great deal of valuable info.
Or we can skip the bloodwork and just talk!
